The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) celebrates greater diversity and inclusion at all levels within the insurance industry. We look to recognize leaders who are personally and visibly committed to the advancement of women and embrace diversity of all kinds.

This year, IICF will be recognizing two Inclusion Champions, one woman and one man, who each demonstrate mentoring and commitment to women's advocacy and diversity.

Who can nominate?
Any individual working in the insurance industry may submit nominations.

Submitting a nomination:

  • Complete and submit the form electronically to Lauren Pincus at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Nomination must be supported by the nominee's current bio and a letter of endorsement of the nominee by a senior executive of his/her company
  • Optional: Include with nomination other supporting statements from community organizations, and/or prior employers, and/or a woman/women that have benefited from the nominee's behaviors/actions. (1 – 2 minimum)
  • Deadline for nominations is March 31, 2017, 5:00 pm (EDT)
